What Causes Red Pimples On The Fingers?
Question: Was having a small red boil on,middle finger,drained it and applied bandage adhesive..it leads to extra mass of skin to come out with blood..its not healing thougj painless but mass of skin has became size of pea..what to do applied soframycin on it..how do the skin will go off..as am 9 month pregnant

Perhaps it is a pyogenic granuloma which is a proliferation of capillaries in loose granulation tissue.
Trauma is an inciting factor and pyogenic granuloma is more common in pregnancy.

Sir but it occurs as i burst one of small boil filled with blood..i am sending you imagesThis yellowness is due to soframycin applied..otherwise its of skin

Yes,it is certainly a pyogenic granuloma. A pyogenic granuloma may form at site of trauma or wound. It is best managed by electrofulguration with a cautery machine. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

Though not contraindicated, electrofuguration should ideally be avoided in pregnancy as it may rarely induce premature labour. Trichloroacetic acid (80% - 100% TCA) may be used for cauterization. It is safe. Else if the delivery is near you may wait for a few days and get this fugurated post delivery.
