Hello,
Thank you for asking me to answer your question.
Can you please upload a photo of the bumps that you have in your hand, into our system, so I can have a look at them. (You can simply upload/attach the pictures at the reports section of this web page).
Also, can you tell me:
- For how long have you had these bumps in your hand?
- Do you have itchiness between the fingers of your foot?
- Are you allergic of anything?
- Have you used anything for these bumps? -what makes it worse and what better?
- Do you suffer from any chronic problem like diabetes, ect?
Looking forward to your follow up question.

Brief Answer:
Eczema- contact dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for the photo. I reviewed it carefully.
It looks like eczema or contact dermatitis.
You can use Triamcinolone 1% cream, twice/day, thin layer for 1-2 weeks.
Follow up with me if not completely better and I can advice something else too. That is because you have had it for a long time, and so it will need some time to get better too.
If you don't have other questions for the moment about this issue, please kindly close and rate the answer.
