Question : Hi there i noticed a small hard legion kind of translucent or skin colored on my thigh about a month ago and now another tiny one on my stomach (pics attached). Can you help me with this please?
Brief Answer:
Possibility of either psoriasis Or discoid dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images.
I can see a faintly red, flaky patch on thigh with some excoriated marks and another dry, scaly, smaller patch on stomach.
I would like to keep a possibility of either Psoriasis Or Discoid Dermatitis.
I would like to know are they itchy? Do you scratch them often? Do you have scalp scaling Or patches on scalp? Or family history of psoriasis?
Regards

It's a relief you haven't suggested cancer which was my first thought. It's not itchy at all though. I have had eczema before which was a weird type that just made my face red and dry and skin look very old. That was last winter and didnt affect anywhere but my face and healed in around 6 weeks.
Brief Answer:
Not a cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No, I would not keep cancer as my first possibility primarily because it is not a sun exposed site.
If I was the treating doctor I would ask you to apply a topical steroid e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream Or Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
These are prescription steroids and should be used under supervision of a dermatologist. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis and for the needful
