I took a picures as you asked doctor. My sexual history has been usually with condom use and protection with different partners in the past. I dont have information regarding any of my previous partner's disease history. This time however I had unprotected oral sex and the next day I found this tiny red spot on my pee hole with a strange tingling feeling. I wanted to understand more about this and I hope those pictures help in that regard.
Brief Answer:
Likely due to injury.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
As the lesion has appeared the next day,no other symptoms,it is a protected inter course, seeing morphology of lesion I would like to treat this as some bite or cuts due to injuries sustained may be during intercourse.
So You can relax.keep the wound clean.
Wash daily with warm water twice daily without fail.
Look for any new lesions or any lymph node enlargement in groin.
Do not have inter course preferably till it heals which may take some days.
See that no irritation occurs in the area.
You can use some topical antibiotics as precautions.
You can get back if any clarifications required else please close the discussion.
Thank you

Hi doctor, i have been applying topical antibiotics on it, and washing it with warm water, but I just wanted to know the average healing time for such a lesion. How much time should it take for it to completely heal?
Brief Answer:
Two to Four weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
healing depends on many factors like depth length or width, oxygen availability, cleanliness, secondary infection if any, diabetes status etc.
As the wound is slightly deeper,it may take longer but usually last by 3-4 weeks, if not secondarily infected or no further irritation to it.
it may heal even very faster as you are young and wound care is taken.
You can get back if you need any clarification else you can please close the discussion.
