Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the image.
She seems to have a viral infection.
Red spots and rashes on body i.e exanthema can be a part of viral fever.
She may use calamine lotion e.g lactocalamine lotion, at sites of rash on face and elsewhere.
For nasal congestion she may use Otrivin nasal spray, as required.
She may also take a tablet of antiallergic e.g Tab Allegra 120mg once daily for a week and a tablet of Paracetamol 500mg, as and when required for fever
hope this is of assistance
Regards
