What Causes Red Spots On Ankle After Taking Nofox TZ?

Question: On 1/11 I had feverm i took 1 crosine. Next day i had severe vomiting & loose motion. I took nofox tz. In the next morning suprisely i have seen red spot comprising of lots of small red spots just near the both ankle. Why these spots came out i could not understand, i thought it may be due gastric problem and started taking pan d at interval of 12 hours. Now i found abit reliefed. Is my diagonis is o.k?? Please advise for future action.

But probably acidity had occurred when taking the antibiotics.
It is a good thing to take Pan D tablet half an hour before when you take antibiotics in future.
