What Causes Red Spots On Testicles?
Question: Hi I have about 20 small flat red spots on my testicles they were itchy for one day recently they are slightly itchy every now and then. They appeared about a week ago and I don't know where they came from. I have red bumps on my abdomen and upper arms and thighs as well for about 2 weeks now, the only explanation I have is my friends dog had fleas and I got them from the dog. But the spots on my testicles don't look like the bumps on the rest of my body. And I'm not convinced they are from the fleas because I flea bombed my house so it would kill the fleas, I'm a sexually active 20 year old, could this be an std?

Ok I sent you the picture, the bumps on my testicles don't necessarily look red anymore, more so a light brown color, and the bumps on my body seem to be getting better you can still see them somewhat. But I'm still slightly itchy.
