What Causes Red Spots On The Genitalia?

Question: Yes I have three red spots on my genitalia I went to go see my family doctor and he identified as spider bites

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and picture. Do you had any history of recent risky unprotected sexual intercourse. Primary (lesion) chancre of syphilis also look like this. In such case VDRL test should be carried out to rule out syphilis. A consultation with dermatologist is well appreciated also.
If it is that then a single dose of penicillin g or a week therapy of oral doxycycline will clear out the infection.

No i havnt i use comdoms all the time

Even with condom there are chances. You can go for VDRL test to rule out syphilis. Even if it is negative I would suggest to take a one week course of doxycycline to be on safe side.
