Brief Answer:
Due to hormonal changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
These tiny red spots are pigmentation caused by hormonal changes during and after pregnancy and usually increase during sun exposure.
You should not required any treatment right now but keep watch on it ,if they change their texture, color and size than you should consult your treating doctor and get yourself examined.
Sometimes it can be due to iron and mineral deficiency, so you can take iron and multivitamin tablets.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
