Question: I have red puffy ichey spots all over my body since yesterday

Seems to be allergic reaction, take antihistaminic

According to your complaint it could be an allergic reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 5-7 days.
Meanwhile you can continue with topical cortisone cream on the affected areas.
