Brief Answer:
Please complete the query

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.
But I will need you to enter a complete query.

I have seen the picture you added.
It shows a red tongue.
This is most commonly seen in vitamin B deficiency.
So taking a vitamin supplement daily may help.

If you have gastritis, I would suggest taking a PPI, like omeprazole 20 mg daily half hour prior to breakfast.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.

It comes and goes depending it seems on what i eat or drink. I do typically drink an energy drink every morning and wasnt sure if that played a role as well with it sometimes being more prevelant. I dont smoke. But i will try the vitamin b12 supplements and see how those work. Thank you!
