Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your son's medical details and also seen the photographs you have uploaded.
I agree that there is a reddish discolouration over forehead, which is most likely due to hemangioma. The swelling in that region could be related to minor deformity of the underlying skull bone.
As a neurologist, I would not worry about it, as there are no neurological symptoms.
In very small percentage of cases, there could be developmental anomalies of brain associated with this hemangioma. If the child develops any neurological symptoms such as fits, weakness of face, arm or leg, etc, then, I would advise an MRI scan of brain to be done. Otherwise, no action needs to be taken at present.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Ultrasound is normal.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Ultrasound of skull is normal, which is a good news. However, it picks up only major problems. MRI on the other hand, can detect problems that are 1-2 mm in size also.
So, if there are symptoms, we should get an MRI of brain done. Otherwise, we can wait and watch.

He is doing fine.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
I have noted his motor and cognitive skills. These are quite normal for children of his age. So, there is no need to worry at all.
Best wishes,
