Question: i had a femural fracture about a year and a half ago, ando everything went perfectly but yesterday y found a red rash over the old scar that as already healed

There is possibility of infection around surgical site this can be delayed infection.
Do you have fever or itching. ?
I will advise you blood investigation like CBC, ESR, CRP TEST so that infection can be confirmed.
x ray report will also help in differential diagnosis.
