What Causes Reddish Stool In A 2 Year Old?

my child is only 2 year old from morning he suffered from deep reddish stool for around 8-10 time please suggest me what to do in a urgent basic and in stool we found some white tipe of worms

From your description three possibilities arise
1. Worm infestation with thread worms. Can cause bleeding sometimes resulting in reddish stools.
I usually prescribe albendazole around 5 ml syrup for 2 days once at night, to be repeated after 2 weeks.
2. Bacteria infection which can cause blood in stools. Usually responds well to antibiotics like ofloxacin.
3. Intusussception where intestine goes inside itself. Urgent ultrasound is required to rule out this possibility which needs different treatment like saline reduction if confirmed.
Get ultrasound done and consult your pediatrician with these tips.
