Brief Answer:
Herpes simplex infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

I have gone through your case and the photographs attached to it.
I am of the opinion that you have herpes simplex virus infection involving your genital organ.

Treatment:

It is possible that your sores will disappear without treatment.
Analgesics such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen can reduce pain and fever.
Topical anesthetic (ointment) such as Lidocaine can relieve itching and pain

Antiviral medications Acyclovir or Valacyclovir can reduce the frequency, duration, and severity of outbreaks.
They are available in the form of creams or tablets.

You are recommended to visit your doctor for the treatment and follow up,

Precautions:

You should avoid any type of sexual activity with other people during an outbreak.

A condom should be used during intercourse after the symptoms subside or even if you do not have any symptoms following an acute infection.

Additionally, if your hands have come into contact with your sores, you should wash them thoroughly and apply medication with cotton swabs to reduce contact.

Hope your query has been answered.
Do you have any doubt remaining, please feel free to send your query.
Wishing you best of your health.

Brief Answer:
The possibility of HPV can not be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Now since you have opened up with a history of sexual contact and since your girl friend is being diagnosed just now to have HPV infection, yes it is likely that you too might be having a similar problem.\\

So, I hereby advice you to get examined by the same doctor for the confirmation of diagnosis.

Wishing you best of your health.
