Brief Answer:
Nitroglycerine patch is effective in such conditions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to Healthcare magic.
After having gone through the history given in your query, it seems that you have developed some of the localized harmful effects following accidental exposure to Propane tank liquid.
As a matter of fact direct contact with the liquid Propane can chill or freeze the skin resembling frostbite the symptoms of which include redness, numbness, prickling and itching. These symptoms are due to decreased blood supply to the affect parts (finger tips) caused by Propane itself.
Nitroglycerin is in a class of medications called vasodilators. It works by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood supply is adequately maintained to supply the distal tissues or organs.
Indeed, it is mainly used in the treatment and prevention of angina pectoris (which occurs due to reduced blood circulation in the blood vessels of the heart).
However, Nitroglycerine transdermal (skin) patch when applied to the dorsum of the finger results in increased blood supply to the digits (fingers) with fewer systemic side effects and thus effective in preventing the tissue injury due to lack of blood supply.
So, you can continue to use it as prescribed by your doctor.
Hope the suggestion given would be useful to you.
Best regards.
