It is quite normal and not an emergency.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
This kind of soreness on palate and on gums may be due to sequelae viral sore throat and fungal infection secondary to antibiotics use. So if you want to be sure whether there is any fungal or bacterial organism responsible for it you should go for throat culture by swabbing. It is not an emergency condition. You can discuss the need of culture after discussing with your treating doctor. If there is any fungal infection then it can be treated by nystatin oral suspension.
