Question: My eyes are not clear and red sometimes ,I feel like dull and sleepy because of this am not able to concentrate anything and I feel always sleep and not able to open my eyes please suggest something

Have gone through your details.
Red eyes usually are caused by allergy, eye fatigue or common eye infections called conjunctivitis.
However as you are complaining of malaise,fatigue,letharge,lassitude,sleepiness,lack of concentration i would suggest you to go for a test called thyroid function test,Hypothyroidism usually presents with the same symptoms which you are having.
Apart from that i would suggest you to use eye drop moxifloxacin 2 drops daily for 4-5 days.
Follow up with reports of thyroid function.
