Hot Flushes: Only external treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings
Welcome to Healthcare Magic

I completely understand your situation. You have really faced all tough times bravely.

Coming to your current problem of redness associated with hot (medical term used is "hot flushes"), below are the reasons:

1. The first and important factor is your age. Since you are 57 year old now, it is quite common that you have reached menopause and this could be related to Post menopausal symptoms

2. In Individuals with previous history of Transplantation and interferons, hot flushes are commonly seen

3. This also could be due to addition of Liver failure symptoms

Now here are few things which can help you reduce your hot flushes

1. Avoid exposure to sunlight and bright light

2. Local application of Lacto Calamine lotion shall help to some extent

3. Mild moisturiser to be used locally after every face wash

4. Soft linen towels or napkins to be used on face. Just damping action would be enough. Avoid rubbing of skin.

5. Keep the skin hydrated and moisturised

Do let me know for any additional information anytime. I would be more than obliged to support you in case you need any further inputs.

Take care.
