Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
It could be balanitis or balanoposthitis (infection of glans penis)
Can you please take a clinical photograph and upload it so that i can have a better diagnostic view.
Also,it would be also helpful for me to diagnose and rule out, if you could say if is there is any history of unprotected intercourse?
The important thing is to diagnose it first by a clinical examination and for that I will have to look at the lesion.
Awaiting your response.
Regards,

Hi, thanks for your reply. I had upload a picture I took this morning. But it is not very clearly shows the situation. Sometimes it is more red color than that. According to my homeconutry doc, that he said I may did have a balanitis because of my penis skin is too long.
Do you have any advice that any thing I can use to cure myself. Since I'm a foreign, my health insurance will not cover the treatment.
Therefore, can I use like Summer's eve to wash my glans, or any cream that I can use? Thank you!

Brief Answer:
topical antibiotic with steroid ointment will be a good choice.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
Based on the facts and photographs that you have posted,it is likely to be due to infection of glans penis (balanitis).
Gently retract the foreskin and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.
Avoid using soaps as they may irritate the skin and make the inflammation worse.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics small course like Cefotaxime twice daily and topical antibiotic with steroid ointment like Betamethasone and Neosporin (Betnovate-N) for local application over glans.
For that, you can consult some local doctor or your family physician who will know it.
I expect that you will start improving with 4 to 5 ointment applications and in case,if redness persists even after 1 week of treatment, you should consult a dermatologist and get examined.
You may need some tests to determine the cause of the infection.

Brief Answer:
You can use summer's eve as it is a cleansing wash.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
You can use summer's eve as it is a cleansing wash, there is no issue. Also there is no harm to use vitamin creams but they should not be used when there is no particular requirement.
Also it is not necessary to take antibiotics orally,if you do not want to take antibiotic then there is no issue with that as i just advised to take it for being in a safer side or presuming that the cause is infective.
But you will probably require topical antibiotic with steroid combination cream or ointment to reduce pain, redness and inflammation.Your family doctor or some local may prescribe you if it is not available over the counter.
Hope this will clear to you now.
