What Causes Redness On Penile Head While On Hydrocortisone?
Question: red ring around head of penis for four months. Had a series of STD tests and all were negative. When the penis is erect there is a red ring around the glans and sometimes the area around the urethra becomes inflamed. Hydrocortisone didn't work. Could it be an allergy or thrush possibly?
