Question: Redness at corner of mouth. Has been there for at least a year.

Dear sir,I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . redness at the angle of the mouth is probably due to an infection which could be either bacterial or fungal . I would recommend that you apply an antifungal cream as nystatin together with an antibacterial ointement as fucidin three times daily to treat any possible infection .
