What Causes Redness On The Skin After Using Melacare?

Question: Hello Doctor, iam using melacare for almost more than 5 years nnow prescribed by a doctor and my skin now turns very red and iam able to see that i look very different from normal skin tone, am very fair ,chest and other parts are fair but due to sun exposure face is dark, i need a clear complexion , what should i do now

Melacare is a tripple combination cream.
It has steroid and hence needs to be used with care.
5 yrs is too long, you should not have continued it for that long.
Stop it and start using a safer skin lightening cream like kojic acid in night and a sunscreen in morning.
This combination works well.
