Question: Hi I have bit pain and like nail sort of redness inside my foreskin and it giving me pain if I masturbate or while having sex what s that it's been 2 weeks how can I fix it

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have redness and pain in foreskin since 2 weeks .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have unprotected sex before you started having this problem ?
2) Are you diabetic?

The redness of foreskin with pain is mostly due to infection of foreskin (Posthatitis).

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or Soframycin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
