What Causes Reduced Libido And Erectile Dysfunction After Discontinuing Accutane?

Question: Hello there,
I have taken accutane on and off for 4 years and about a year after I stopped using I noticed a severe drop in my libido and am having ED problems. I'm a healthy 20 year old so I am confused that I would have this problem. I've read lots of anecdotal evidence linking ED and actuate but I wanted to hear a health care professional's opinion before freaking out too much. Thanks so much for your time :)

Brief Answer:
Accutane
Detailed Answer:
To my knowledge there is no known association between ED and accutane.
There is no published medical literature that has linked libido problems with accutane.
But I respect your symptoms. I have also noted you have an evaluation by your doctor for general matters like blood count and even a testosterone and blood glucose.
Will it be possible for you to get a referral to a Urologist and an Endocrinologist ? They are experts in dealing with this condition.
Perhaps checking your thyroid is another good idea.
A simple non-fasting blood test called TSH is helpful in this regard
