Brief Answer:
You should go for blood beta HCG level testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern here.

There are three possibilities in your case-

-The pregnancy is less than 5 weeks.
-It is an ectopic pregnancy
-It is a miscarriage or a Chemical pregnancy

You should go for blood beta hcg level testing to insure their level, if the beta HCG level is more than 1100 and there is no sac means either it is an ectopic pregnancy or chemical pregnancy.

If the HCG level lower than 1100 then go for repeat level of HCG and Ultrasound may be it is an early pregnancy.

Kindly go for your blood beta HCG level and revert me back with your report.

Yes, disc bulge can be problematic during pregnancy.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Good luck.
