Question : I have horrible restless arms and it's kept me up for a day or so. Took a Tylenol 3 to try to keep it down and go away, but I still can't seem to sleep and am restless what could I do or add to this to knock out and finally go to bed. No home remedies have ever worked. I've heard muscle relaxer or Benadryl

Brief Answer:
Take juicy fruits and see if it helps.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Most often such restlessness in muscles is either due to potassium or calcium deficiency. I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits, and bananas since they contain plenty of potassium and should help. Also take calcium supplements if that does not help. I hope that you would be relieved.

You can try muscle relaxants or sprays but I do not think that they would help. Rather, hot compress may provide relief.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
