Brief Answer:
Pain may be related to radiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Pain in right arm may be related to radiotherapy in left breast cancer.
Radiotherapy may cause pain,edema,restriction of movement in ipsilateral(same side)or contralateral(opposite side)arm.
In same side involvement,it is easily explained but exact cause of contralateral involvement is not clearly understood. It need further evaluation in opposite side involvement.

Generally,it is a temporary phase and it only require conservative treatment.

You are rightly prescribed pain medicines.
