Brief Answer:
Moat probably muscular spasm; visit hospital once

Detailed Answer:
hello

thank you for the answers. I have gone through them. Differential in your case includes gall stones, heart problem & muscular spasm. I would advise you to once visit hospital and get ultrasound abdomen done along with baseline ECG. If both these turns out to be normal then its most probably muscular in nature. In that case following steps will help to improve the pain:

- naproxen twice a day for 5 days
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. it will give soothing effect.
- avoid lifting heavy weight
- take high fiber diet including fresh fruits & legumes.

> AVOID:
fatty & oily food.
spices
heavy meals at night
carbonated & caffeine drinks
chocolates

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
