What Causes Right-sided Dull Headaches And Intermittent Depression?

Question: i get dull headaches on the right side, recently have had a sharp headache in the middle of my hea d in the early hours.it is like migraines and quite hard to function with them. I take a blood pressure tab, a prostrate reducing tab and statin daily... i try to keep fit am 65 yrs and get a bit depressed with this off and on.

is relief of headache, e.g.napoxen, is it short term?
