Brief Answer:
This seems to be pyelonephritis related this time again.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

This does seem to be related to pyleonephritis. You will have to take antibiotics and pain killers for that in my opinion. Here is strategy i can propose in this regard.

1) Drink loads of fluids.
2) Take an OTC anti emetic( anti vomiting med)
3) Take a strong pain killer what ever you have.
4) Visit your doctor ASAP he might run a few tests on you to detect infection and severity of infection.
And he might prescribe antibiotics. If your infection is resistant there should be detailed Culture and sensitivity scan done and then the appropriate antibiotics can be given to the patient.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
