Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you may developed back muscle spasm with nerve compression in spine. It is causing pain in your right hip joint. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.How did this pain started? Did you lifted sudden weight or travel a lot ?
2. Is this pain is like needle or numbness?
3.Do you able to lift your leg with out bending your leg?
Let me know if there is any other followup questions.

The pain just started one day. No sudden weight lifting. Don't travel a lot. The pain is a constant throb in my lower right side. Hurts to sit up straight or to stand straight. I can lift my leg without bending my knee.
Brief Answer:
you need rest and muscle relaxant
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reply. I think you are having acute lumbago. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M at night time.
2.Muscle relaxant like Myoril or Myospaz twice daily .
3.Bed rest for 3 days. Avoid weight lifting or forward bending. Do not travel or drive.
4.Volini gel local applications.
Once this back pain subsides you need to start back muscle strengthening exercises. This will improve your back muscle strength and it will also take care of further recurrence of such pain.
I hope this answer will be useful of you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
