What Causes Right-sided Lump On Neck, Shoulder Pain And Weakness In Arms?

Question: I am 29 and I have a what feels like a fatty lump on right side of my neck at the base and on the same side on my neck feels the same way and can see that it is bigger than the left side of my neck I have what looks like a XXXXXXX hump but I have had this all my life I am also having mild shoulder pain both sides and weakness in my arms if I try to lift something I have had an X-ray and CT and blood work everything comes back normal I am overweight what could this be?

I dint think this is XXXXXXX bumps since this is seen in some systemic hormonal disorders and have some other signs and symptoms. This is probably just a lipoma and you should not worry if there is no pain,redness or fast growing. It can be surgically removed under local anesthesia so ask your doctor about it.
