What Causes Right-sided Pain In The Head And Ear Along With Throat Pain?

Question: I HAD A HEADACHE LAST NIGHT, JUST ON THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE. MY RIGHT SIDE EAR IS SORE INSIDE AND ALSO THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY THROAT, HARD TO SWALLOW AND TODAY MY HEAD HURTS TO TOUCH AND IM GETTING SHARP PAINS OCCASIONALLY IN MY EAR AND HEAD, FEELS LIKE SOME KIND OF VIRUS INFECTION, XXXXXXX

Please send me the pictures of your throat and tell me do have any fever also?
Any difficulty in swallowing?
