For symptom relief you can take prochlorperazine or betahistine as anti vertigo meds available over the counter.
Kindly answer the following to advise accordingly
For how long have these symptoms been.
Before these 2 days did these vertigo episode occur frequently
Do you have an upper respiratory tract infection or DNS (deviated nasal septum)
Do you have hypertension or diabetes.
Do you have associated light headedness and sweating with these symptoms.

Ringing sound or noise is called tinitus and there are many causes for it both related to ear and causes which are not assosiated to ear pathology
Otologic causes
impacted wax and when wax impinge on ear drum it can cause vertigo
Fluif in middle ear
Acute and chronic otitis media
Abnormally patent eustachian tube
Meniere disease in which there is episodic vertigo and also flauctuating hearing loss
Common in men with age 30-60 yrs
Otosclerois Presbycusis noise trauma etc
Non otologic causes include
Anemia
Arteriosclerosis
Hypertension
Hypoglycemia
It also produce symptom of light headedneas and sweating
Hypotension
Epilepsy migraines etc
Otoscopic examination of ear is needed pure tone audiometery can also be done before a final conclusive decision is reached.
