Brief Answer:
Ear ringing not usually related to neck problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello. It is unusual for neck problems (cervical disc disease) to cause ear ringing. Sometimes it is related to an artery passing by (vertebral artery) which when compressed may cause disequilibrium, while ear ringing less often.

Anyway physical activity should not help on ear ringing.

I recommend have a ENT consultation for the ear ringing.

Hope this helps. Please feel free for further questions.
