What Causes Ringing In Ears?

Question: im a 59 year old woman, im in good health, im not on any medications my weight is 123 and my blood pressure is normal to on the low end....my question is about ringing in my ears. Is there anything that can reduce the ringing ? or better yet make it go away completely? Thank You
