Just one ear. Yes feeling of fullness. Not reduced but it makes noises echo. No cold or cough and no giddiness.

Brief Answer: Impacted Wax in ear Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the query The most probable cause for the ringing in the ear and feeling of fullness is impacted wax in ear the other differential is ear infection. Soliwax ear drops helps dissolve the wax, 3 drops has to be put into the ear in supine position and then bend the head after 15 min for the wax to come out. But the ideal solution would be to meet an ENT doctor and suck out the ear wax, he will also examine you to rule out an infection. I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me Regards

Already had infection ruled out and my family doctor didn't say it was impacted. He sent me to audiologist. Could it be something more serious?

Brief Answer: Hello Detailed Answer: Thanks for getting back If he has already checked for infection and impacted wax then it could be fluid in the ear drums, known as serous otitis media But since you have normal hearing I do not think it is something serious. It will be something reversible. Meet the audiologist and get the TMT test done. Regards
