What Causes Running Nose And Dry Cough In Infants?

Question: Question for Dr Ratnesh Pandey - My daughter, 22 months old, is having running nose and dry cough for the last 2 days. Her appetite and activity levels are fine so far. Please suggest medication for quick recovery. I have been giving her Allium Cepa 30 4 pills around 3-4 times a day since yesterday.

Countinue allium cepa
I am prescribing some more medicine you can start along with allium cepa
Agraphis nutens 30 6 pills twice in a day
Ferrum phos 6x 4 pills twice in a day
Agrphis helps to remove the cough
Take medicine for 1 week and she will be all right.

I think you would have agraphis with you. You can start with that.
You can get ferum phos tommorow.
if you wont have agraphis and ferum then give her only allium cepa.
Allium cepa works good in such case.
Allium cepa and agraphis is important in this case.
No need to give any other medicine at this point of time.
