What Causes Running Nose And Itchy Throat?

Question: From the past 3 months, I've been having the following symptoms, mostly early in the morning but sometimes all day:
1. Sneezing
2. Runny nose (Clear liquid)
3. Itchy throat
4. Slightly watery eyes (after sneezing)

I suspect this to be allergic but wanted to check with you. Also wanted recommendations for medication that I could take to help relieve the symptoms and cure this.

Your symptoms since 3 months may be due to allergic rhinitis.
I would suggest you visit an ENT doctor for clinical examination and to diagnosis of your cause.
Meant time I suggest you
Tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice a day.
Nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril 4-6 times a day.You can get these medication over the counter.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Salt water gargles thrice a day.
Drink warm water.
Avoid spicy, cold food.
Avoid exposure to cold weather and dust.
