Brief Answer:
Due to allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your information.
It seems like due to allergy.
I would suggest you Levocetrizine 5 mg before bed for 5 days.
Steam inhalation twice a day and nasal decongestants like Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day and instill once before bed as well. You can get this medication at local pharmacy.
Avoid exposure to cold weather, dust and eating cold food.
Clean your bed and bed sheet before you sleep, it can be increased by dust.
If you will not feel better after few days then I suggest you visit an ENT doctor to rule out Allergic rhinitis and start other medication according to diagnosis.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
