Brief Answer:
pus discharge, disc displacement, medication.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.

The salty discharge can be because of pus secondary to tooth or gum infection. Nothing to panic. The stiffness in the mouth opening can be because of disc displacement in the temporomandibular joint. It can happen any time but usually get aggravated by stress.

Nothing to worry, just consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to get some radiographs done like orthopantomograph to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can treat accordingly.

For the joint disorder, you take Piroxicam (if you are not allergic, you may need a prescription from your local doctor). Avoid hard food items. Give warm foment action over the joint. Do saline gargling.

Mention about any habits of pan or tobacco chewing.
I hope I have answered your question. if you have any queries reply me back.
