Hi,
Thin endometrial lining is commonly seen in PCOD women. It is not a problem as long as it reaches 7 mm thickness.
You can discuss with your doctor about starting estradiol tablets to improve endometrial thickness.

dear doctor..thanks for ur answer..I have few more questions that will conclude my query.
1. according to the reports and previous answers,I understand that she is having pcod. my question is is it in normal range or high? my problem is if it is high level of pcod, eggs cannot be released every time rite? is this the case or it is normal..
2.doctor said to use cycloset syrup and folsafe for 15 days,it will be cured. else tablets have to be continued. will that endometrical thinning will cause pregnancy problems?
3. she is doing exercises, yoga, consulting dietian for weigh loss. any extra care to be taken?
overall my question is ...IS she facing any serious problem?

Brief Answer:
No Serious problem to conceive
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1) She does not have severe PCOD . She could have mild PCOD as she has ovulated and conceived in the past.
2) PCOD will not be cured with cycloset or any other medicines. It's always there. It's not a big problem. Endometrial thickness less than 7 mm is associated with poor pregnancy rates.
3) Let her continue yoga , exercise etc..
Overall I don't see any problem. There is nothing to worry about.
