Brief Answer:
Swelling could be due to Haematoma.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone Orchidectomy for swelling of the Rt Testicle and has developed swelling of the scrotum and penis after surgery.
This is most likely to be due to haematoma and needs to be confirmed by doing Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum. If confirmed you need to drain the haematoma .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

The testes specimen was sent to pathologist and results are awaited. Pathologist says that some cell are seen proliferating and some are dying(necrosis). He wants to refer to another lab in cancer hospital. What could be the reason.
I am healthy person through my life. I am border line hypertension patient and recently found to be diabetic.
Brief Answer:
Wait for Histopathology report
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.Please wait for Histopathology report. The reason for asking second opinion may be that the pathologist may be suspecting it to be cancer of the Testis .
Further treatment will depend upon the H.P report and final diagnosis.
