Question: I recently got a clear sticky discharge from my penis which appears to be precum, I had a bowl movement and some sperm and this clear sticky precum came out with it..it was a hard bowl movement.

You noticed discharge after having a hard bowel movement. This a common occurrence and is due to the excess pressure placed on the seminal tubes that store semen. With the extra pressure the tubules will allow for leakage of semen into the urethra. This common and not associated with prostatitis or any other disease.

Thanks for your response one other question; can this also happen if one gets worked up sexually and don't discharge?..it seems everything is going okay now there is no wetness in my underwear during the day only when I get a little worked up and have an erection.
