What Causes Semen Like Fluid Discharge Before Urination?

I sometimes ejaculate while going to the bathroom, sitting on the toilet....Is that normal?
I am a healthy 26 year old male. Every once in a while, while on the toilet, I notice that a small amount of ejaculate has come out without me even realizing it. Is this normal? It doesn't hurt, it just seems like an odd time for it to come out
What you think to be sperm is not semen (Sperm)
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed small quantity of thick white liquid from the penis before passing urine .
which you think to be semen (Sperm).
At the outset I would like to state that what you suspect it to be sperm is not a sperm but it is a thick mucus secreted by mucus secreting glands located in urethra .
This is very common for these glands to secrete more mucus at the age of adolescence even on slightest sexual stimulation or even with sexual thoughts .
The fact that it is not semen or sperm can be confirmed by microscopic examination of this fluid which will reveal absence of sperms in the fluid .
Do not worry this is very common at this age and normally gets resolved without any treatment .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
