Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Do you get these cramps every time just before your periods. If so, it lasts for how many days?

If this happens occasionally, then it is due to hormonal variations only. Take Brufen 400 mg twice daily or mafenamic acid 500 mgthree times daily. These tablets need to be taken after the meals. If the pain does not subside/ reduce with these tablets, you need to consult doctor and get ultrasound of ovaries and uterus done.

Probably you are not taking enough fluids. That is why the urine appears very dark. Do you have pain or burning while passing urine. If so then urine needs to be checked for possible infection.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
