What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain And Vasovagal Syncope During Menstruation?

Question: My grand daughter is 15 years old and during mensuration times she gets acute pain and suffers from Vasovagal syncope once during her periods for a few seconds.is there any cure for this in Ayurveda and what precautions she has to take?this stated happening since she was around 8 years old.

For the acute pain, she can take Tablet Meftal spas twice day for the duration of her period.
For the vasovagal syncope, it helps to stay hydrated during that period.
If the symptoms are very severe, she can take oral contraceptives for 3 months to help these symptoms.
