Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
I'm sorry your're suffering so much with anxiety and panic. Let me give you my thoughts.
There are a couple treatment options for anxiety and panic disorder. First is cognitive behavioral therapy, which is just as effective as medication. But this can take time. I recommend starting an antidepressant such as Lexapro immediately. While it takes time for the Lexapro to kick in, short-term relief can be provided with diazepam (as you note), lorazepam, or clonazepam.
You are having chest muscle contractions because of anxiety. By using my treatment plan above, you can and will feel better.

Why do i get chest muscle contractions doing household chores please?
I know it is to do with excess hormone adrenaline, but why doing basic household chores?

Detailed Answer:
Anxiety can act at any time. The brain causes the body to release stress hormones adrenaline and cortisol throughout the day. It may be coincidence that this happens in a surge during chores, or it may be something about the physical exertion involved (simple work is still more than no work). Either way, the above treatment plan I suggest is highly, highly effective for the treatment of anxiety and panic.

Another: So if the brain causes this, aside from medication, is brain surgery possible to turn the fight or flight system off???

Detailed Answer:
The medications you list are not adequate. I will list my recommendations here again:

Brain surgery cannot cure your problems, only medication and therapy.
