Suggest Treatment For Paranoid Schizophrenia

My wife is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia since 2006. She was taking Sizodon plus daily basis. The psychiatrist slowly slowly reduced her medician and last week she was taking 1.5 mg tablet of sizodon . Ther was no problem since last one year. Now mild symptom are coming back. Now again doctor advice for sizodon plus. Is it correct
